- After Shipping: Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer allowed.
2. Refund Policy
- Eligibility: Returns can be requested within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact to qualify for a refund.
- Process: Refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 3-4 business days after we have received and inspected the returned item.
- Non-Refundable: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Exceptions
- Refunds are not available for items marked as final sale.
- Damaged or incorrect items will be eligible for a full refund. Please notify us within 2 days of delivery if you receive a defective item.
